Participant Declaration

I voluntarily agree to participate in Delhi C.L.A.S.H. 2026 ("Event") organised and managed by Brand Mushrooms.

I fully understand that participation in strength sports, endurance events, running competitions, functional fitness races and other athletic activities involves inherent risks which include, but are not limited to:

• •Muscle injuries
• •Ligament tears
• •Fractures
• •Cardiac complications
• •Heat exhaustion
• •Dehydration
• •Slips, trips and falls
• •Equipment failure
• •Human error
• •Accidental collisions
• •Permanent disability
• •Death

Fitness Declaration

I declare that:

• •I am medically fit to participate.
• •I am participating entirely at my own risk.
• •I do not suffer from any medical condition that may endanger myself or others.
• •If I have any medical condition, I have disclosed the same to the organisers before participating.
• •I shall immediately stop participation if advised by medical personnel or event officials.

Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks arising out of my participation before, during and after the Event.

I understand that no amount of supervision can eliminate every possible risk associated with competitive sporting activities.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby irrevocably release and forever discharge Brand Mushrooms and its directors, proprietors, partners, shareholders, managers, supervisors, employees, consultants, coaches, volunteers, event officials, referees, judges, marshals, coordinators, sponsors, co-sponsors, venue owners, landowners, government authorities, municipal authorities, security agencies, ambulance providers, medical personnel, contractors, vendors, service providers, production agencies, equipment suppliers, technical partners, timing partners, running partners, media partners, digital partners, marketing agencies, hospitality partners, food vendors, third party agencies, successors, legal representatives and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, compensation, expenses or causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from my participation.

This release includes claims arising from:

• •Personal injury
• •Illness
• •Death
• •Property damage
• •Theft
• •Loss of belongings
• •Equipment damage
• •Negligence (to the extent permissible under applicable law)
• •Acts or omissions of third parties
• •Force Majeure events

Indemnity

including all legal expenses and advocate's fees.

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Brand Mushrooms and all persons referred to above against every claim, demand, lawsuit, proceeding, liability, penalty, cost, expense or damages arising out of:

• •My acts or omissions
• •Violation of Event Rules
• •Misconduct
• •Damage caused by me
• •Injury caused by me to another participant
• •Damage to venue property
• •Claims brought by third parties because of my conduct

Medical Consent

In the event of illness or injury, I authorise the Event Organisers to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if immediate medical attention is considered necessary.

I understand that medical assistance may be provided as a first response only, and that all hospitalisation, medicines, diagnostics, surgery or medical expenses shall be borne solely by me.

No Insurance

unless specifically announced separately.

I understand that the organisers are under no obligation to provide:

• •Personal Accident Insurance
• •Health Insurance
• •Medical Insurance
• •Life Insurance
• •Property Insurance

Rules & Fair Play

Violation may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

I agree:

• •to comply with all Event Rules,
• •to obey judges and officials,
• •to maintain sportsmanship,
• •not to use abusive language,
• •not to indulge in violence,
• •not to consume prohibited substances,
• •not to participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Anti-Doping Declaration

I declare that I shall not use any prohibited performance-enhancing drugs or banned substances.

If requested, I agree to undergo any testing procedure prescribed by the organisers.

Equipment

I understand that I am responsible for ensuring the fitness and safety of any personal equipment used by me.

The organisers shall not be responsible for failure or malfunction of my personal equipment.

I understand organisers may inspect and reject unsafe equipment, and I accept all risks arising from my personal equipment.

Photography & Media Consent

for promotional, commercial, archival, educational, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without payment of any royalty or compensation.

I irrevocably grant Brand Mushrooms the unrestricted right to:

• •Photograph me
• •Record videos
• •Broadcast my participation
• •Live stream the Event
• •Use my name
• •Use my image
• •Use my voice
• •Use my likeness

Refund Policy

I understand that:

• •Registration fees are non-refundable.
• •Registration is non-transferable unless expressly approved by the organisers.
• •Event cancellation due to Force Majeure shall not automatically entitle participants to refunds.

Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be liable for any consequential loss.

I understand that the Event may be postponed, modified or cancelled because of:

• •Weather
• •Government Orders
• •Pandemic
• •Public Safety
• •Law & Order
• •Natural Disaster
• •Technical Reasons
• •Venue Restrictions
• •Any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Personal Belongings

I understand that I am solely responsible for my belongings.

The organisers shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage.

Data Privacy Consent

The participant consents to the collection, storage and processing of personal information for registration, timing, rankings, emergency response, event communication, certificates, media publication and future Delhi C.L.A.S.H. events. Brand Mushrooms shall process such data in accordance with applicable Indian law and use reasonable safeguards.

Participant Code of Conduct

Violation may result in disqualification without refund.

• •Respect officials, volunteers and fellow athletes.
• •Follow instructions issued by referees and marshals.
• •No abusive language, violence or harassment.
• •No cheating or unsafe conduct.
• •No alcohol, narcotics or banned substances during the event.
• •Use only designated warm-up and competition areas.
• •Respect equipment and venue property.
• •Maintain sportsmanship at all times.

Governing Law

This Indemnity Bond shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts at New Delhi alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of this Event.

Declaration

I confirm that:

• •I have carefully read this entire Indemnity Bond.
• •I have understood every clause.
• •I am signing voluntarily.
• •No pressure or coercion has been exercised upon me.
• •I agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions.
